DALLAS (December 2024) - Catalyze Partners has appointed Raanan Horowitz, former CEO of Elbit Systems of America, to its Board of Advisors. With over 30 years of leadership experience across the defense, commercial aviation, and healthcare sectors, Horowitz has a proven track record of driving growth and overseeing strategic acquisitions. Drawing from his extensive experience in scaling companies and navigating complex markets, Horowitz will help Catalyze further develop its portfolio of innovative technology-driven companies.
Under Horowitz’s leadership, Elbit Systems of America transformed into an enterprise generating $1.5 billion in annual revenue, driven by his sharp strategic direction and commitment to growth. His ability to balance innovation with operational efficiency helped scale the company while maintaining a strong focus on ethics and corporate responsibility, earning Elbit recognition as one of the "World’s Most Ethical Companies." Throughout his distinguished career, Horowitz has developed a reputation for identifying key business levers for success and building exceptional leadership teams.

Horowitz holds an MBA from Grand Valley State University and master’s and bachelor’s degrees in engineering from Tel Aviv University.
